Hole Bound

From Phillian Productions this is Hole Bound, 

Hole Bound is about a rabbit has been wandering through a farm near his hole when the farmer notices him forcing the rabbit to race home to their rabbit hole (hence the name Hole Bound). It is a 2D platformer where players control the rabbit to traverse through multiple platforms and maneuvering through moving obstacles with increasing level difficulty.
